I’ve always been aware of my eating habits, always trying to eat healthy, always on a diet (I’ve said this before, the struggle is real!). I try to work out 3 times per week and stay active, even if I hate it. But whatever I did, it was impossible for me to lose these extra kilos. I am not a skinny person I never was and never will be, I know this (thanks to genetics!). I posted lately one Instagram video and I got so many comments about how much weight I lost and so many of you were asking me how I did it. First things first…it took me…a year to loose 6 kilos. Yes, so long. I told you I am not losing weight so easily, and for a long time I couldn’t loose anything. What I did was redusing the quantity of the food, and whenever I got hunry I ate something so lean and clean like veggies or a fruit. I also replaced my breakfast or even dinner (my main course is lunch) some times with this smoothie (If I feel like eating something else I will but I usually go back to it). And this was the thing that made a huge difference. When I started this I was so hungry (I really mean it!) but I was so commited and I still am. So I spent so much time in Pinterest finding the right recipe for me. And I go for this one almost every time.
- 250ml Coconut Milk
- Fresh Spinach (handfull)
- Frozen or fresh strawberries or any other fruit
- a spoon of rolled oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder chocolate flavour ( love the one form FLP)
Add a couple of ice cubes if you like! and blend away
